Case background
In communication with customers, we learned about market pain points: existing cast integrated valves have problems such as limited flow, insufficient pressure capacity, and difficulty in reversing, which hinder the application of related complete machines.

Research and development process
Our technical personnel have made breakthroughs in proposing new design schemes and production implementations in materials, structures, processes, manufacturing, etc., and have successfully completed system testing and verification from prototypes to complete machines.

Confirmation of results
Verified by customers and actual use, the flow rate has been doubled, making it the first 6000 liter flow casting integrated valve for filling pumps in China, achieving development goals such as high pressure, high flow rate, and low flow resistance (smooth reversing).
