Test Point

Test Point is a component that connects a pressure measuring device and the measured medium, used to convert pressure signals into measurable signals for subsequent analysis and processing.

Structure and Principle
Structure: Test Point is usually made of metal material (such as carbon steel or stainless steel 316TI) and contains a self sealing valve inside. When the Test Point is used alone, the self sealing valve remains closed due to the action of the spring; When connected to a test hose or test connector with a top pin, the self sealing valve is opened, allowing fluid to pass through.
Principle: Test Point ensures sealing and accurate measurement during the measurement process through its unique structural design and working principle. When the pressure inside the system acts on the joint, the pressure signal is converted into a measurable physical quantity through the internal transmission mechanism, and transmitted to the display instrument or control system for processing and display through wires.
