When used in combination with 120L and 240L balance valves, it enables the hoisting balance valve to operate smoothly within the range from small flow to large flow. The hoisting starts smoothly, effectively avoiding jitter. The hoisting descent prevention and lifting actions smoothly transition from slow to fast.
